ICSI 2022 Spring Field Trip

International College of Sustainability Innovations is hosting a one-day field trip this Spring on March 18. We will visit TSMC Museum of Innovation and Kuo Yuan Ye Museum Cake & Pastry.

Kuo Yuan Ye, a Taiwanese food company, is famous for its time-honored bakery. The first bakery was founded in 1867, and it is a century-old family-run shop. It mainly produces wedding cakes, pineapple cakes, mung bean cakes, egg yolk cakes, moon cakes and other cakes. We will make some cakes by ourselves in this trip.
