Applicatoin for SHM INTENSE Program — Spring 2026 (NTPU)

The Master Program in Smart Healthcare Management (SHM) is a fully English-taught program established in 2021. It integrates healthcare, information technology, and management to prepare students for the rapidly evolving digital healthcare industry. The curriculum provides comprehensive training in strategic healthcare management, financial decision-making, healthcare economics, health technology assessment, and data analysis.

【Program Highlights】

Cross-disciplinary and research-oriented curriculum

Instruction by experienced scholars and professionals 

Completion within four semesters, including 24 credits of coursework and a 6-credit thesis

【INTENSE Program Financial Support】

Tuition and credit fee subsidy up to NTD 50,000 per semester (up to two years)

Monthly living stipend of NTD 10,000 for up to two years

*Recipients must work full-time in Taiwan after graduation for a period equal to the years of support

 **TOCFL A2 Chinese proficiency required by the end of the third semester

【Application Procedure】

Step 1: Online application (by submitting required materials to shmgrad@gm.ntpu.edu.tw) runs from November 17 to 30, 2025.

Step 2: Qualified applicants shall submit a self-introduction video

Step 3: An online interview in early December by email notification.

【Eligibility】

Applicants must be international students who hold degrees from institutions recognized by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education and meet all relevant MOE nationality regulations.
