NTPU Career Development Center Service:

1. Internship Programs (Domestic & International)
The Career Development Center collaborates with the Alumni Center and academic departments to expand domestic and overseas internship opportunities. It organizes pre-internship briefings, lectures, and training, and implements evaluation systems to enhance internship effectiveness.

2. Career Counseling Integration
The Center integrates career counseling resources by offering assessments, counseling, and a “Career Development Advisor” system involving alumni and industry experts. Continuing the “Good Mentor Program,” it also invites corporate mentors to help students understand industry trends and participate in career-related activities.

3. Alumni Tracking & Career Survey System
In cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the Research Center for Public Opinion, the Center conducts alumni career surveys to build a comprehensive and reliable alumni tracking database. This data helps improve teaching, counseling strategies, and curriculum alignment to enhance graduates’ employability.

4. Job Fairs & Corporate Recruitment
The University regularly organizes and expands corporate recruitment briefings and job fairs to help students better understand the job market and connect with employers.
