2025 Mandarin Talent Competition for International & Local Students

Purpose
This event aims to help international students improve their Mandarin skills, encourage interaction and teamwork with local students, and strengthen communication and leadership abilities.

Eligibility

·        Teams of 2 students: 1 international student + 1 local student.

·        Each student can only join one team.

Schedule

·        Preliminary Round: Submit video by October 12, 2025 (Sun).

·        Final Round: November 7, 2025 (Fri), 1:00–4:00 PM (tentative).

Venue

·        Preliminary: Submit a video link.

·        Final: Meeting Room 1F01, Humanities Building, Sanxia Campus (tentative).

Awards

·        Best Performance Award: NT$3,000 + certificate (per person)

·        Most Creative Award: NT$2,500 + certificate (per person)

·        Best Skills Award: NT$2,500 + certificate (per person)

·        Best Stage Presence Award: NT$2,000 + certificate (per person)

·        Most Energetic Award: NT$2,000 + certificate (per person)

Performance Rules

·        100% in Mandarin.

·        Performance may include drama, crosstalk, dance, music, magic, juggling, or other talents.

·        Singing Mandarin songs only is not allowed.

·        The international student must perform at least half of the act.
